Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary (RSHM) Volunteer Program
The Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary (RSHM) Volunteer Program is an opportunity for men and women to share the RSHM mission that all may have life and have it to the full- the mission that inspires the sisters and our volunteers to work especially with women and children for their own development and liberation.
We offer three types of volunteer service:
• Volunteers can visit our retired RSHM at Marymount Convent on an ongoing basis
• Volunteers can serve in a six week summer program at Marymount Convent or the RSHM LIFE Center
• Volunteers can serve for one year in the community of Immokalee, Florida within legal aid services, social services, or in education.
Maureen Kelleher, RSHM has served as a lawyer in Immokalee over the last 30 years, offering legal services to farm workers and their families.
